This was my first visit to Domane, but I certainly hope it won't be my last. We ate in the cafe for lunch. I tried the trout, and it was cooked perfectly. The meat was moist and tender, and slid gently off the bones. A generous side of spinach and four potatoes (four! who can eat four potatoes?) completed the meal. My only negative comment is that service seemed a bit slow. Overall, that did not significantly detract from a delicious meal.
