This is cuisine de marché German-style in a very stylish restaurant with two floors. The restaurant used to be an 18th century lab if I understood correctly and has been made into a two-floor place. Everything I had was great, lovingly presented and served by well-trained staff (alone this merits a medal as this is sometimes a bit trying in this part of Germany). They didn't bat an eyelid when i told them I was by myself and treated me as nicely as if I was going to generate a tab for four. I can only recommend this place.
