I was staying there for 5 nights on a business trip. Got a free upgrade to a suite. It was huge like a 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living room. Has a very good restaurant but closed on Sunday lunch!

We were travelling with 2 kids. Room was spacious , enough place to sleep and play. Even a kitchenette (not for usage for short stay guests)... Still was comfortable to wash baby things...
Great location, quiet neighborhood with small playground just opposite the hotel. Swimming pool is also a positive point!
Reception and restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. Gives you welcome feeling!

Housekeeping is the only thing that should be improved: spider nets behind the curtain... Probably they do not have much time to check. But underneath the refrigerator!!! This thing should be clean. We left "Green Card" with request to make up the room and come back in 3 hours and it was still not done...

Maybe tip for future: breakfast is extra charge. Restaurant staff check room number. Why do not that check how many people are eating? Last morning only my partner had breakfast and surprise on the bill: 2 adults+1 child: 43€ is a bit toooo expensive for 1 person...

We had a pleasant stay for one night stay at the Art Hotel in Aachen. The hotel is well located near center and Close to equestrian Center. Sevice at reception was very Good also the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Even though it was late when we checked in and the hotel almost full, our need to change to a larger room with 3 beds was satisfied. our room had a Kitchenet and good size bathroom. Free Wifi - Internet was included. Breakfast had an execellent variety also The hotel provided a garage for our rental car. The Hotel also had a SPA which we did not hace time to try
In general our family stay was very Good and I recomend the Art Hotel

We had a triple room that had a separate bedroom with two twin beds pushed together for a large bed. Room was set up for extended stay, such that the second room had a kitchenette which could be set with appropriate kitchen gear if staying for 30 days. This second room had a hidabed (which our teenage daughter sleep on.). She mentioned the hidabed was okay, but a futon is more comfortable. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower and a stool. Hotel had a lift and rooms had a shared balcony you go out on with chairs. Did not have breakfast buffet as it was expensive compared to local restaurants. Hotel does have a free underground parking garage. Did not use spa or pool. Rooms did not have AC but you could open windows for cross ventilation. Hotel is on the outskirts of town (south side).

Modern, spacious hotel with room that are bigger than my flat! Rooms have balconies too with doors and windows that open wide and shutters for keeping the heat out, also with black net curtains for keeping bugs out if window is open. The wi fi is excellent, the staff are brilliant, the soa is just heavenly. A great hotel if you want to get away from the noise of the city.

Room Tip: Wechad a room with two double beds and it was huge with a kitchen and balcony.
