“One of Bielefelds best!”
Reviewed 4 March 2014 via mobile

In my view one of the best places in Bielefeld. Food is mainly Asian but with a mixed menu card and changing specials. Food is superb and with wonderful fresh flavours. All cooked in an open plan kitchen in one corner. Lovely cocktails. Home made and inventive , not the standard ones. Service is friendly and atmosphere is modern yet very cosy.

“Excellent brunch”
Reviewed 17 December 2013

Located in the pedestrian area of Bilefeld not far from the market place this restaurant has the concept of delivering high quality food and to compromise rather on the price than on the quality.

It does live up to this concept so if you want something cheap this is exactly the wrong place to go to. The menu changes very often and they offer a lot of daily specials.

As they mix asian with mediterranean food you can have very nice surprises in taste and texture but sometimes it borders a bit on too ambitious.

The food is freshly prepared from fresh ingredients on and a lot of care and attention goes into details so the presentation is very nice as well. I recommend the brunch on a sunday it is served as a four course with the first one a traditional german breakfast (rolls, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, juice and omelette) and thereafter three nice additional courses which for only 6 € extra are extremely good value for money and it let´s you get a good tasting of the kitchen.

The service staff does the job but does add no plus points to the overall picture (but neither substracts any).

“wonderful food, hand-crafted”
Reviewed 24 June 2013

We had a conference dinner in this restaurant. I was delighted by everything - the quality of food as well as the presentation of the food and the nice sercive. I was in the very lucky situation to get a taste of a lot of different things. Food was served as "flying buffet" which means that little portions where served all the time. And I can tell that everything tasted wonderful. You could definetley tell that everything was made freshly and handcrafted. Try it!

“Possibly gonna be one of my favorites in BI”
Reviewed 3 October 2012

This is a fine place with a great atmosphere in the middle of the old town of Bielefeld. They have some couches and lounging chairs incorporated into the dining room where we had some drinks up front. the kitchen is halfway open, so you can see the chefs in action. Very small menu I'd say but very versatile with Asian and Mediterannean influence. Before the food we had a couple of cocktails, I liked their selection, somewhat unique and refreshening and the drinks were delicious. We had an appetizer plate to share which was excellent. Ocotpus, papaya salad, cheese, just to mention a few. As a main dish I had ricotta-potato-ravioli in a tomato sugo, great dish. Rich ravioli with some parmesan shaved on top but the sugo was very light and fresh, so it perfectly balanced out the richness of the ravioli. My boyfriend had their special which was a curry dish that day and he liked it. Very good selection of wine, the waitress was very friendly and helpful with the wine list.
