This is a great hotel, the staff were lovely, and the rooms were fabulous. It took a few minutes to get to grips with the technical stuff, but it was lovely. Sadly I didn't have a river view, and I thought the breakfast was over priced, but the sushi restaurant was good. It is out of the central area, but perfect for a walk along the river.

From the moment one enters the hotel, there is an overwhelming feeling of style and comfort for exclusive guests. Each room is designed individually, one doesn't realize being at the hotel. Comfortable sleeping, relaxed atmosphere at the spa with amazing open swimming pool on the roof! The food was out of comments: it was just excellent! A place for private special occasions as well as for valued customers.

The hotel itself is fabulous. Definitely 5 star. Very trendy and one of a kind. Feels very luxurious. The heated pool is beyond great. The breafkfast buffet is amazing. The location by the Rhein relaxing. If I'm being critical:
- the standard rooms could be somewhat bigger
- the hotel could arrange free transport to the city, now you have to take a cab which will cost min. 25 eur two way
- they should do something about the pigeons near the pool (drinking from the pool and also probably doing you know what in the pool)
- the breakfast at 32 eur pp is steep

But what I think is problematic is the attitude of some of the staff. Sometimes you are a guest in a 2/3/4 star hotel and they treat you like a 5 star customer. Here the opposite is true. They should create a new mindset: they are there to serve the client. Now I felt some were not there for us at all or they were there to sell us something. Even if you don't book a massage, even if you don't drink at the bar, even if you don't eat at the restaurant etc you deserve a 5 star treatment. I give you a quick example: we visited the pool twice. There were two staff members present at each time. None greated us, they didn't explain where we could find towels, that we could enjoy the water or tea they offered etc Maybe that's a small thing, but it's those small things that make a trip truly memorable in my opinion.

Perfect service, perfect location, awesome chef,
The food served is so great, I had a great experience, and the chef himself is very interesting and kind to talk to.
The rooms are just perfect.
Only a little bit of too much with the design, could be lighter, these red corridors are so dark, even oppressin sometimes.

This hotel is on the bank of the Rhine, and has a shape reminiscent of an airfoil, like a cross section of a wing. The decor is a little nonstandard with hallways - including doors and floors - in Bordello Red. Pig statues with glass tops serve as tables in the lobby bar. The courtyard is tiled in a pattern I would describe as Guernsey cow rendered in disruptive digital camouflage. Also in the courtyard are giant urns with trees planted in them. There is a cigar lounge for those who like to reek. There is a great pool. I didn't get a chance to use the spa, but there were two saunas at different temperatures. The restaurant "cafe next level" was really really good. Try the morel mushroom soup.
My only complaint is that the room service failed. I had ordered breakfast (yogurt and muesli, so there wasn't even any preparation required) via the door tag. It never showed, despite repeated calls to the room service number and promises that it was on its way. For the price this hotel charges, they ought to be able to deliver a bowl of cereal on time.
Between the service, the high price, and the fact that it is not within walking distance of anything, I probably will not stay here again unless nothing else is available in downtown Bonn.

One of the hotel in NRW that I would recommend without "what ifs". It is unique and not everyone's design maybe, BUT they offer what they preach. Service standards are high, perfect for business as well as short breaks.
The rooms are kept to the standards with comfortable beds, and there is nothing you will miss when it comes to conference rooms.

Meals are generally good, although not much variety on the menu. The location is perfect for those who love to go out elsewhere for dinner or just a drink outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Arrange your trip well and you will experience the best of Kameha
