Highly disappointing. Unfriendly or rather rude check in. If it would have not been for the Guest Relations Manager the service would have been terrible. It is a shame.
The beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Not what I expect in a 5*. Guest feedback can be given on the App of the hotel . Very impersonal. And with the Hotels speed on wifi that took forever to download. Reply's are also not done.
After all I expected more from this hotel.
