we booked directely to the Hotel one month in advance a Suite room. We re-confirmed by mail the day before arrival our late check-in and we received their confirmation. When we arreived late at night the person in reception told that they were not expecting nobody and they did not find our booking and room. After several minutes showing all our mails , he phoned to someone and got the room. The day after, we found our room was not cleaned. We asked at reception and told us that our Suite room ( the name they sell the room) is an apartment and the cleanning was not included during our stay . We checked all mails and confirmed that they never informed about that point, they just said very sorry and offered new towels.
At last, breakfast buffet was properly mantained on first morning, but we noticed that, they did not buy new products when there are finished. We woke up early in order to get the sausages or apple juice but no luck. We finally asked the waitress and she said " there is no more". Althoug the rooms was outstanding, the service is really very poor and do not compensate the excellent suite/apartment we had.More
