I went to Lichtenberg Cafe for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was quite full but we did get a nice table for four near the bookshelves where we had a nice view on the entire restaurant. The atmosphere was good and the staff was very friendly. We ordered our dishes and .....waited, waited and waited..... We complained on several occasions but it was close to 45 minutes when we finally got served our starters. The soups were not tasty as they were watered down and my tuna tartar was prepared with huge pieces of onions (I guess they just did not have time to cut the onions into small pieces). Then we waited, waited and waited to finally receive our main dishes which we all barely touched. My pasta was overlooked (maybe this Is why it took so long) and the octopus was not edible. Clearly the kitchen and organisation need to change.
