We stayed here for four nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room surpassed our expectations being highly modern with all kitchen utensils you may need including cutlery, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle etc. The room was always warm. Only negatives were that we had two single beds pushed together and that our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. However as we got a great value stay through an OTA we didn't mind this too much. Located 5 mins walk from the main shopping area of the city and around 15 mins walk to the famous cathedral. Highly recommended.

Good location & even though the furniture does look of the flat pack variety with a very firm bed it is a good place to stay when visiting the city. They have an issue with room cleaning in that if you stay for 3 days you get it daily at no extra cost however stay longer & you don't get any at all!! Tried to discuss this with receptionist however she was most unhelpful & merely stated rules are rules & I don't make them! Shame - could have been a really great review!

Room tip: 2 bed studios are great value - don't be put off by the funky looking furniture - is is a lot more comfortable than you expect. Rooms are quite warm even with air con so expect to have to have the windows/doors open to keep cool.

I have just stayed here in Cologne for 2 nights with my partner and some friends. The hotel was a ten minute walk from the old town which was perfect as it was away from the hustle and bustle.
The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet.
Check in was quick, the people on reception were very helpful and recommended good places to eat etc. We didn't pay for the buffet breakfast as there were many places nearby to get a good German breakfast.
If I were to visit cologne again I would certainly use this hotel.

Stayed there for 2 nights and cannot think of one thing that I didn't like.
The room wasn't very big, but cosy enough and nicely furnished and the small kitchenette-corner was really useful for preparing a quick meal. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is nearly perfect - a bit away from the busy city center, but still close enough to the main attractions. The only slight issue is the busy street right in front of the hotel, so sleeping with the windows open might prove a bit difficult.

We stayed here for one night while traveling through Germany. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The rooms weren't large, about typical for Europe, but they were clean and very contemporary, without being over the top. The only problem we had was finding the hotel; it near an intersection and the sign is very easy to overlook if you don't know what to look for. The parking garage is also a bit cumbersome to figure out, so make sure you ask the hotel staff how to navigate it before you head down there.
