That place looked like some lousy hourly hotel. Filthy carpets, no restaurant (they only serve breakfasts), 50yr old jamming elevator (and receptionist trying to fix it, incredible). My door was damaged - there was a piece of it missing at the bottom. Heating didn't work. I'm not done yet, here comes the best bit: I got up in the morning and noticed there was no water in the bathroom. Went down to reception to ask could this be fixed. Night manager said that maybe in an hour and in the meantime I could try and take shower in another room. So there I was, being given 3 keys, running from room 12 (no water), through 36 (not even a drop) to 61 (6th floor, enough water to wash my face). Manager said he was surprised there's a water issue as he hasn't noticed any leakage on the ceiling over the reception. That makes sense.
If you're still thinking of booking a room in Terminus, you need to know they don't have a car park. There's one across the street and it costs 13eur/night.
One good thing - you get a free public transport ticket.
