Been here a lot recently. It's very convenient for the many international businesses located hereabouts, but a bit of a trek from town: you can walk it in 30/40 minutes, but the tram (just outside) is quicker at a cost of €2.50 each way.
Rooms are pretty good: spacious, decent tea/coffee/chocolate, and if you have a superior room the minibar (beer, water, fruit juice, crisps, chocolate) is included in the room rate. Bathrooms towels can be a bit hit-and-miss, but if you complain to reception they'll send up more quickly. Duvet too is pretty thin, but adequate given you can always heat the room up instead. Breakfast is good: hot and cold choices, but can get busy.
Staff are very friendly, and generally good with multiple languages.
Room rates can be very competitive, but if there is a major exhibition on then they become extortionate.
