Everything ok. Very small but clean room. (but had a single room). Only down part as the parking lot. They claim to have a parking lot which is true but it is small and it is not possible to make a reservation so when I arrived it was full. The hotel is located on a very busy road where it is forbidden to park so that was not very comfortable. All the rest was ok in the hotel.

Wifi works great.

Pretty quiet, good sleep quality, also like that the room has a second door in the sleeping area.

Shower had decent pressure also the temperature did not deviate, bathroom was clean as was the room.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back of the Hotel if you plan to go to bed early, the 708 tram runs close and runs...

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel to attend a convention. Due to the convention room prices were sky high and thus it's not possible to judge based on value fo money.

The positive for this small hotel is convenient location. The closest tram station is a 2-minute walk away, the main railway station is 4 stops away. The front desk staff is very friendly and competent. The rooms are clean but quite small and wifi signal inside room was satisfactory. The surrounding area is pretty quiet.

On the negative, the elevator is rather old and quite noisy. You can actually hear it from inside the room. In addition, it would be nice to have a chair inside the room.

I would summarize this as a typical small family run hotel which you find all over Germany. Don't expect any frills but you can be sure that they meet all your basic requirements.

They don't have any air-conditioning. The wifi doesn't work properly. The curtains and carpets are shoddy BUT , the staff were all very pleasant.

In fact , they were the most helpful staff I have come across in Europe. Well done folks. Speak to the owner and ask him / her / them to invest in the hotel a little.

The only advantage of this hotel is the friendly receptionist there, and maybe the internet access. The hotel is very old, its not in the heart of the city, even that its close the tram station so you can reach the center easily, room service is bad, I requested extra blankets and they asked to come and pick it because they don’t have staff, when I did they gave me towels saying they don’t have blankets!! TV is showing only German channels, I booked for 6 nights and paid online, since the first night I asked them to cancel and they refused, anyway this is something I can understand. The hotel booking will always show you that there is only one room left, that happened when I was the only one at the hotel!! If you have a car, there is a paid parking on the opposite side, one minute away from the hotel, the breakfast is average. Sleep quality is not good as tram pass just in front of the hotel and also a train line is around the corner

I stayed here and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great. German buffet and also cooked breakfast. Room cleaned every day. I cannot understand the a previous reviews comments. Especially the bit about 'trainlines in the distance'. Actually they are trams and they are outside on the main road and they take you to the old town and the city centre in minutes. Great hotel, friendly staff, brilliant location, great prices, cannot fault it.

Located a few minutes away from the old city, with bus stops very near to the hotel, the centre and the train station are easily accessible by tram. At night one can take a taxi from the old city to the hotel, it only costed us around €7-8 for both persons. The street were the hotel is located is quiet, and it lacks shops, restaurants and bars.

Hotel is nothing special altough it was clean and staff was helpfull and speak english.

Wi-Fi had good connection, shower had a very good water pressure, hotel is quiet. The TV channels were all in German, English speaking channels were unexistent, however for me it didn't make any difference. One thing I didn't like is the lack of plugs near the beds, I had to charge my mobile and laptop near the bathroom, making it difficult to use your mobile or laptop while charging.

For what we paid, I think it's fair.
