We stayed during the Dusseldorf Salon and although this is not a luxury hotel it was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Especially the chap on reception who seemed to work 24 hour shifts! He was very obliging, printing documents and exhibition tickets for us. Breakfast was good and although there is no hotel restaurant, there are quite a few just a short stroll away in Kaiserswerth.Infact there is a very pleasant place next door. I had read of no tea making facilities so took my own travel kettle and supplies and with regard to another reviewers complaint, I'm sure that more pillows would have been provided if asked for. I would have appreciated a small mini bar/fridge though.Drinks are available from a cabinet in reception so no need to go cold turkey! Tram stop within yards and Kaiserswerth is a lovely place with a short walk to the riverfront. All in all top marks, we would definitely return if it wasn't for the fact that we bought a motorhome at the show!

This is a good hotel, basic, large rooms, ok bathroom. The breakfast was nice: good bread, everything was here, great coffee! Free parking and wifi. Check in is smooth and they're all friendly people.

As we were there during a large show the room was far too expensive but there is just no way to avoid that.

I booked 2 rooms for some friends of mine. For one night ok, but it s too pricy for what it gives.
It took time to the receptionist to come, and the rest is really average. If you don t go there, you will not miss anything.

Single bed sticking out of wall, TAKE NOTE - ROOM DOORS DO NOT AUTO LOCk you will have to lock your room when you leave the room (or even when you are inside~!!~). No additional pillows (only one provided which was more of a cushion than a pillow). No tea/coffee making facilities, iron etc. Television is tiny. Shower gel is provided in sachet form, only one sachet per room. carpet is of hard waring type and so has no cushioning effect.
Hotel has no bar.
only good thing was power of shower.
