Don't expect a bustling bar downstairs or any kind of socialising, but it's just the perfect comfortable, friendly business hotel. Everything was clean, the staff were really helpful and we were being a bit of a drain on them during our trip.

My favourite touch, which is fairly pointless in reality was that there was a section of the glass between the (excellent) shower room that was not frosted, so you could see the television whilst in the shower.

This is a very pleasant, simple hotel with comfortable well equipped rooms. The staff are really friendly and speak excellent English. Wi-fi was a bit slow but it was effective and it was free, at least in the slightly more pricey business class rooms on the upper floors.

One nice surprise was the food - I was not expecting anything extraordinary in the small restauarant which looked only to be an after thought to the facilities but the dinner my colleague and I had was really excellent.

Lets not kid ourselves - it a typical German business city hotel catering mainly for business overnighters but of the genre, its as nice as they come

Room Tip: Go for the more expensive business class rooms ifn

This hotel was very modern in decor and yet nice and comfortable. The check-in was easy and the staff was nice. The room was neat and clean, with transparent glass in the walk-in shower looking right out into the bed area (and giving anyone else in the room a nice thrill when showering!). The wall length windows in the room were not tinted, however, so that anyone outside could see directly in, and so whenever I needed to change clothes or use the bathroom I had to draw the curtains completely closed. Free internet was a plus! Breakfast was good but expensive. I liked the bar area for a nice, after-dinner drink. Within walking distance were several good restaurants, so on the whole I would stay here again.

- Very nice and stylish hotel in the media harbour area.
- Rooms are very nice and clean
- Super friendly staff.
- Breakfast is great
- Not very central though but if you are in the media harbour for business it is just perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Only area for improvement: I missed some weights in the gym area.

Modern hotel in good location. Very friendly at reception and at breakfast. Good choice of foods. The room was spacious (Business class room), comfortable beds and quiet. Very modern decoration. The only thing I would comment on is the bathrooms which have a glass wall and no real soundpoofing on the doors so if you like your "privacy" then its like bing in a fish bowl. There is a door to the bathroom but it is a glass door that does not seal properly when it is closed so not sound proof to the rest of the room. Perfect if staying on your own but beware of glass walls and doors if sharing and if a bit shy!!! Apart from that its great and I would stay there again but on my own.

For the New Year's Eve we booked a Business room at this hotel for 2 nights.

Plus:

-Very friendly and helpful staff
-The hotel has a very modern design with warm colours
-The rooms are tastefully decorated and have very large windows
-Good bed and pillows
-Good location if you are by car or don't mind using taxis

Mins:

-The bathrooms definitely should have a different design. The toilet in the bathroom has glass door, the separation wall between the bedroom and douche is also glass. If you are staying with your partner, wife or husband doesn't mean you don't need privacy.
Also, depending where your room is located, you can be seen in the bathroom by the people walking on the street in front of the hotel or from the apartments in front of the hotel, so if you aren't exhibitionist make sure to close the curtains.
The public toilets doors on the floor -1, (below the reception), also have glass doors, it's beautiful but they don't offer any privacy.
-The breakfast was good, but in comparisson to our previous visits to other Radisson hotels, the assortment was just OK. I also didn't enjoy drinking tea in a coffee cup. I asked if they had tea cup and the answer for my surprise was that they didn't.
-They forgot to do our room on the second day of our stay , we informed the reception and went out for diner. Once we returned in the room, we weren't happy to see that the floor wasn't clean, neither the tables and coffee area. They also removed the used coffee cups in the room but didn't replace with clean ones.
We didn't expect these things to happen at a Radisson.
