Just spent a weekend here with my boyfriend. Room basic and bland but large and clean. Bed comfy, shower good. Quiet area.
Continental breakfast good quality with plenty of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure left luggage was really handy for us.
Would recommend- good value!
The only negative was that we requested a double but got 2 singles pushed together which was disappointing.

Stayed one night in March when in Dusseldorf for trade fair.

Very easily accessible from the railway station; only 5 mins walk. Check-in was easy and attentive, and your room pass is also an all zones travel card which is brilliant for getting around.

Room was fine; better than Travellodge with a wardrobe, cupboard, desk and lots of handing space and a TV. Welcome touches were bottle of water in the room, sweet on pillow and free wi-fi (ask for the code on arrival).

Breakfast is good quality cold continental buffet.

Hotel is slightly 'utilitarian' and don't expect luxury, but for a couple of nights and if out for most the time hard to beat.

Will certainly stay again if in Dusseldorf.

The staff was very helpful to me as this was my first time east. they went out of there way to help me arrange transportation, helped me find areas of intrest. The room ws keep very clean and without disturbing my time. I never even noticed the cleaning staff but was always taken care of. My only complaint was the ice machine on my floor was broken and only one elevator was in operation. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Wonderful basic hotel close to the train station. We stayed here in Dusseldorf overnight to catch the plane out in the morning. Hotel was a five minute walk from the station. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Free wi-fi. Beautiful continental breakfast. Very nice.

The hotel is located close to the central railway station, about 15- minute walk to the old town. We got free tickets for public transport (valid in buses, trams, underground and local trains; even to the airport). We stayed four nights and had two double rooms facing the back yard ( beautiful view after a snow fall) and they were very quiet. The rooms very quite large, very basic but functional. Free WIFI is a must for us. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. -This is a minor thing, but we would have hoped a table or some level in the bathroom to place our things on. The bed and the bed linen were of a good quality. There was not a safe deposit box in the room.

It was Christmas time and there were nice Christamas plates with nuts, chocolate and fruits waiting for us in the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cold breakfast buffet was good, too.

There is nothing luxorious, but the hotel was substantially better than we expected for a three star YMCA-hotel and good value for the money.

The neighborhood is typical railway station area, definitely not the finest of Dusseldorf, but it was ok to walk around even in the nightime. There are several cheap restaurants and bars nearby, they are open late.
