Fantastic new hotel in good location in most modern area which is in transformation. Great breakfast, friendly staff, good parking opposite hotel. Short walking distance to old city (15 min) along pleasant pedestrian pathway. Pleasant architecture, very comfortable quiet room with good mattress.
We were there mid December and could walk to the X-mas market in some 20 minutes along the Rhine river at night and never felt uncomfortable as well illuminated in the surroundings.
We had lunch on the upper floor with magnificent view over Düsseldorf. Good, creative kitchen served with a personal touch.
Our compliments to the young staff in the entire hotel.

Room Tip: ask for a room in the upper floors, as you have an impressive view. All rooms seem to be quiet, as n...

We stayed for 1 night with a company of 6 and had an overall excellent time.
The hotel is modern and clean and easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bar has good cocktails, the breakfast was good and the rooms are comfortable.
Only very minor point for me is the quality of the pillows: they are small and thin, not very good to sleep on. Easy to fix and didnt have a negative impact on the overall experience

Cons:
Dinner menu at the restaurant is very expensive, over-styled but unfortunately lacks flavor, very noisy ventilation system, cat pee smell in the hallway
On the pros side good size and clean room, comfortable bed, good choice of breakfast, nice views from the restaurant

Stayed one night for business. Very new, modern and minimalistic - which I like. Clean. Large room for one person, very open bathroom so I wouldn't want to share the room with anyone but spouse. Wonderful breakfast, pot of good coffee on my table. Guess I had standard room because no kettle/coffemaking possibilities, but free soft drinks in minibar. Kind of out of the way if you visit Düsseldorf as a tourist - saw a tram, perhaps it went downtown. Cost of taxi to old town 15 euros.

Stayed here on a business trip to Dusseldorf. Have stayed here before, so emailed to request a non-smoking room and a kettle.
Arrived and checked in, the room was nonsmoking bit no kettle :-(
Phoned reception who said a kettle required a room upgrade!

Having mentioned the email conversation, they offered me a 'Lifestyle suite' which was rather fantastic, with a kitchenette area and a Nespresso coffee machine!

Bed was very comfy, feather duvet & pillows.. Not great for allergy sufferers, but cosy.

Bathroom very modern, wouldn't want to be sharing this room with anyone I wasn't very close too though.. Very little privacy as bathroom is open plan.

Nice breakfast the next morning.

We recently stay here only for a night as a stopover to our trip. Cannot fault this hotel. Rooms extremely large and bar fridge had free soft drinks and juice. Modern design, especially bathroom. Was expensive, but we were only there for the night.

We visited a friends' party in DUS and stayed at the INNSIDE for one night... Overall, it turned out to be good hotel with nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. However, as expected, the hotel is rather anonymous and business-oriented.
