I visit this restaurant every time I am in Dusseldorf. My advice would be to book in advance. The waiters all speak good English and will recommend their seasonal specials like goose later in the year and if you are travelling in April I would advice you to taste the white asparagus. This restaurant is at the bottom if the Alt Stadt towards the Rheine.

Very good food, authentic ambience, excellent altbier. Went with friends - I'd recommend reservations (we had them), even though it wasn't full when we arrived, it quickly became so, yet the way the rooms are divided, it was still possible to have a conversation and really enjoy the company - which speaks very well for the location.

What can I say about this restaurant, this a nice place to have a typical German food in a friendly and German environment, in May and June you can ask for asparagus and roasted knuckle of pork , and of course many kind of sausages, and different types of beers

It's a good option if you are in the city, but during Drupa time try to book with time, usually is fully book

Good, simple, typical Brauhaus. All the classics (Haxe, Wiener art Schnitzel etc.) You will eat good, but nothing exciting. Prices as usual 10-15(18) euro pro portion, the later for game dishes. There are however better Brauhauses in town.
