I booked but refused to stay there.
In short: avoid it even if it means you'll have to sleep in your car.
In detail: that location gave me a general feeling of “very low life quality”.
While entering, I noticed several people smoking inside the reception: whether I ignore this behaviour is legal or not, for sure I label it as deeply unrespectful, and the fact the staff let'em smoke in a public room isn't a sign of “I take care of my customers”, to say the least.
Out of all the members of the staff, only one could speak English, a little bit too less for a standard hostel imo; knowing that if you're in need chances are nobody will be able to understand you isn't encouraging.
When they let me see the room (for like 10sec), I immediately noticed the dirty table with a lot of dishes and food there (nobody was inside at that moment), another sign of lack of respect for common stuff (if I use something that's not mine, common sense would suggest I'll make sure other people can use it later), and the very poor bed quality, but this alone wouldn't have been that much of a problem, that might be in order for an hostel.
To be fair, I have to say it has been provided me a great customer service because I decided not to stay and they've found me another accomodation, they weren't required to.
