Pretty good Indian restaurant. The host is pretty nice and the staff is decent. The food is excellent. I recommend the Mango lassi there. The prices could be a bit less.

Ambience is good. Not so crowded. The cost of Item is more than expected. They don't accept VISA cards so better carry Cash with you.

perhaps due to the fact that there isn't THAT much to choose from around LU & yet i've been a near regular (with a 12 years interval) for at least 15 years now & nothing much has changed (incl. the wallpaper!?) - a discreet & quiet ambience, ALMOST chic & unmistakably Indian, paired with a wide selection of mostly yummy dishes (don’t forget a Mango Campari, unless you’re into lassi) - i do recommend the set menu options for 2 as well as the weekly lunch selection, if you want to eat yourself through the whole spectrum for less - it can get busy on weekdays for lunch, otherwise it's probably the only place in town (apart from nearby Shahrayar), where you can actually feel like you ARE in one (so much for my appreciation of "Saumagen" or the German "Gastfreundlichkeit"). My fav is anything with lamb, from tandoori to spinach, you'll be licking your lady fingers, not just okra. Seems family/children friendly, judging from Sunday´s lunch clientele & yet not at all intrusive or perhaps the Indian music lulls the babies into a little trance, hence it literally caters for all tastes! (prices depend on when & what you eat, like anywhere, but altogether decent - takeaway available)

Food was very average (I eat vegeterian). The presentation and service was reasonable good.

Expect an average price for poor/average food
