This is a beautifully restored building which was has retained it’s historical charm. My local friend tells me it was a former post office, or other government building and that the agreement was to retain as much as possible the historical architecture as possible during reconstruction, and they did. The mall has its typical chain stores and all are tastefully done. It’s located right downtown so access is easy via public transit or walking. I’m not one for malls but this one is special.
