We entered this park on the Polish side (Park Muzakowski) and crossed the Neisse Bridge to reach the castle and surrounding buildings. There are some great walks amongst the trees and interesting gardens all laid out by Puckler in the early 1800s. The restoration of the castle and outbuildings is most impressive and a tour inside the castle is well worth the modest cost (park itself is free). Our only issue lay with the poor service, food and wishy-washy coffee in the cafe. Other reviewers seemed to enjoy their experience so we will put that down as a bad hair day for the staff. Allow a few hours if you can and make sure you spend some time on both sides of the river.
