The restaurant itself seems nice from the outside. At the beginning we were also still statisfied, the appetizers arrived in time and were good in average. However, the main dish arrived after more than 40 minutes and the quality of the food was terrible. I wasn't even able to eat the meat of my enchiladas. When you asked the staff for something they mostly replied bugged and not very obliging.

Did not get this right. The menu is super hype, but perhaps you get too many things there? Just screams "microwave" all over... The main dish was alright, but lacked this special taste which got lost during microwave heating... still paid quite a considerable amount of money. Ahh! We got our coke in a can! IN A CAN! really?

The waitress was very nice, introduced herself and helped with the menu. However when it came to paying, before putting in the price for the card payment, she turned around to look at me in this very special way when rude waitresses ask for a tip, which is absolutely my choice. Hated that... this brought down the service to POOR.... avoid!

Tried this restaurant with a group. It seemed like they only had two waitresses on staff, who were generally nowhere to be found. Drinks orders were forgotten and we spent a total of three hours waiting for our appetizers and main course. When asking why it was taking so long, the standard answer was 'five minutes'. When it finally came, the food was mediocre. The appetizers (most of us had nachos) were of supermarket quality, the main course was all right, but not nearly enough to satisfy. We all left hungry and cranky.

Don't waste your money. Throw some chips from Kaufland, jarred salsa and canned corn on a plate, microwave and you have exactly the same thing that this restaurant serves you for 20 euros. It's definitely not Mexican, and frankly definitely not even restaurant quality food. They also had no interest in addressing the needs of our friend with food allergies. Refused to even talk to the chef to see if there was gluten in the food. Awful staff, awful restaurant.

After 3 trips to Espitas I finally realized I wasn't going to be satisfied. The food was fresh, it was just not made with ingredients typical for Mexican or Tex-Mex.
