On July 17 we took a whirlwind tour of Weimar since we had only one day here on our 10-drivng tour of Germany. We saw the Goethe Garden House, the Goethe National Museum, and the Park on the Ilm. We even stopped by the City Museum. On the way back we couldn't forget to pay a visit to the Goethe-Schiller Monument. I snapped several photos and discovered that the National Theater formed a very good backdrop to the famous pair.
