We searched out the "Escuela de Artes" mainly because we were looking for film locations. This building was used for the Palace of the Sultan of the Republic of Hatay in "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" in 1988 because the Alhambra Palace, proved too expensive to rent for filming.
That apart, it is a building with a very pretty inner courtyard with wrap around balconies with paintings adorning the walls and statues standing guard. Very classy toilet doors, Ladies and Gents are indicated with paintings by Rembrandt!
It will not take you long to look round but its worth it.
