This was decidedly average - room was a little worn & tired but clean. The hotel was quiet and well located beside a shopping centre. It perhaps doesn't quite add up to the four-star hotel in the glossy photos, but equally nothing at all wrong with it!

Tip - don't pay for the underground parking - there is plenty in the streets alongside.

Location, underground parking, breakfast, shower, room were good. BUT toilet refresher like smell in the room was killing! Opened window, but the smell never faded away. This is the only, but serious reason I put low rating.
And BTW, terrible stains in corridor carpet were disgusting. Do you ever clean your carpets?

Located slightly out of the historic town but it was close enough for us to walk there, about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel was extremely well maintained, comfortable and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor which was absolutely great! An added bonus was that we had two racing teams and all of their entourage from La Vuelta staying on Wednesday night - a great behind the scenes look at this major event! Breakfast was very good and we had free street parking near the hotel. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

Room Tip: Higher floors quieter and have the best views

Room was very quiet, immaculately well maintained and extremely comfortable.
The young lady on the afternoon / evening shift was particularly brilliant and deserves recognition. Very close to the Mediterranio Shopping Center but not a lot else. Too far to walk to the Town Center but only a short pleasant drive.

Room Tip: Rooms to the side only offer a view of the petrol station and the shopping center but worth it for the quietness
