An excellent location beside the Mosque. Staff were polite and efficient. Food very adequate. All that is missing is a swimming pool but the other hotels we visited and which offered a pool were either less well located or the pool overcrowded.

Hotel in excellent location to see all the sights in Cordoba. Rooms are a decent size and air con keeps them nicely cool. Hotel has central courtyard where you can take breakfast or just coffee and drinks. Lovely Andalucian courtyard full of semi tropical plants running water and lots of seating, perfect for chilling after a day of sightseeing.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the courtyard are very quiet and peacefull.

Nice hotel, only downside was corridors looked a bit tired and smelt of smoke but the rooms were fine and that was the one downside on an otherwise good hotel which I would highly recommend. Parking (under hotel) is first come first served and cant be booked in advance - its €13 per day. Dont get lost driving as we did on the maze of extremely narrow one way streets surrounding the hotel - we were right by the mosque and could see the hotel up the next street, only to be thwarted by a no entry sign that resulted in us going on a major detour that was pretty stressful. In hindsight the easiest way is to drive towards the hotel from the west along Calle Amador de los Rios (you can drive along these roads as long as youre going to one of the hotels) and then turn left immediately before the mosque onto Calle Torijos and then work your way clockwise around the mosque to the hotel. Then left the car outside whilst arranged parking with the receptionist. hope these directions are useful

I took my Mother away to Cordoba for a couple of days and as she has problems walking I was worried about getting her around to see some of the sights. I needn't have worried though - this hotel is right alongside one of the Mezquita Walls and no more than 100m total from the hotel entrance to the entrance of Cordoba's most famous landmark. The staff were friendly and attentive and were helpful at every moment. The rooms were big enough with a Mezquita view included. The back garden/patio is to be recommended especially on one of Cordoba's hot afternoons where there is plenty of shade and lots of reasonable value drinks. Again, to avoid a long search for dinner, we tried the house 'conquistador' menu one evening and although slightly more than I would pay for a set menu throughout Spain on your average Friday afternoon it was good in terms of price/quality ratio. 3 courses, an aperitivo, a glass of house wine and bread and once more in the lovely setting of the patio made it a lovely evening. There are plenty of other food options. A bus to the train/bus stations is quite easy or a taxi is 7 Euros.

three nights spent in this wonderfully located hotel directly opposite the Mezquita and right in the middle of the old city. Easy walking distance to all the attractions that Cordoba is known for, the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos (Royal Palace) and its beautiful gardens, Jewish quarter, Roman Bridge (check this out early morning and at sunset). The hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff excellent, the garden bar - everything you would want.

Stayed two nights very comfortable marvellous location we drove not something I'd attempt again they have parking at the hotel but getting into the old part of the town was very confusing and the parking at the hotel extremely challenging
The patio for drinks was charming with little turtles running in and out of a small fountain the staff in the restaurant were not that helpful but the reception staff were delightful
Breakfast was a self service buffet style and it was good with an excellent variety of Spanish continental and English fare available
The hotel is reasonably priced and in perfect a location,
The room was fine a little small it was a single but quite adequate the bathroom was clean and the chamber maids very helpful when my light didn't work and yes I think I'd stay there again

Room Tip: Have the best you can afford

We booked last minute to stay here and got a fabulous deal on a junior suite. The room literally looked out onto the mesquite.

The patio off the lobby is beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and the only criticism is that the aircon in our room was slightly noisy.
