When you walk in make sure you close your eyes before you enter (watch out for any steps!) and then open your eyes to take it all in. It is simply outstanding architecture. I must confess that, while not a Muslim, I do find it surprising that Catholics are not allowing Muslims to enjoy sharing the religious value of this beautiful property. However that cannot take away anything about the experience of this amazing place.
