This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and luckily we went. Blanco Enea was easily one of our best and most favorite gastronomic experiences on our over 2 week trip to Spain. We shared the lobster salad with radish, avocado, and pineapple to start. Chef recommended a delicious white wine which paired well with the salad. I ordered the oxtail with couscous risotto and my wife ordered the lamb with couscous, honey, cashews, and apricot paper (I know there were better names for both of these dishes, but those are the details I/we remember). For dessert we shared a 'bread pudding' of sorts with a vanilla gelato and the 'chocolate tree.' These desserts were scrumptious! Dinner and dessert were enjoyed with a bottle of red wine- Cortijo Los Aguilares. Lastly, we were treated to a refreshing gin and tonic. I cannot speak highly enough of the Chef and his staff at Blanco Enea! Chef explained the entire menu to us as it was in Spanish and answered all of our questions. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. Blanco Enea was an absolutely amazing experience!
