Great location in the middle of old Cordoba, narrow streets full of character. Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room decorated in a cosy style, good breakfast. Parking is available but getting there is difficult with very narrow one-way streets never meant for cars. Do not take a large/wide car.

It isn't easy to drive to! Great location, really friendly staff, restaurant was good. Breakfast wasn't the most varied. Very quiet.

The hotel is really ideally suited for the casual traveller. Once you find it the location is perfect. All the staff was extremely helpful for our stay.
Driving in Cordoba/Granada and Seville is not for the faint of heart.
You are usually in very old areas that were made for horses and not cars.
Suggest a GPS if you are driving. Even with one do not be discouraged if you get lost. Actually part of the adventure once you land.
Really pretty small hotel where you immediately feel right at home.
Had dinner at their restaurant which is practically next door and unfortunately thought it did not deserve all the accolades. Food was just OK but not a destination restaurant.

The staff welcome at this lovely hotel was continued throughout our stay. Our room was filled with antiques and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast in our room. The location is perfect as all the main attractions - Mesquita, gardens, Synagogue etc. - are within a few minutes walk. So many wonderful tapas bars and restaurants within 5 minutes as well as the renowned Churrasco restaurant itself. The manager could not have been more helpful with suggestions and directions. It would be very hard to find a better place to stay whilst exploring this beautiful City.

planned a drivign trip around andalucia based aroudn spending new years at this B&B, reserved a double room and had difficulty fidnign the hotel with the narrow one way streets and pedestrains (don't think anythign larger than a BMW 3 series woudl fit through the street to this place). the hotel staff took the car directly upon arrival saying that parking was on the backside of the hotel. the building is charming, an open courtyard and many small salons, the room was small, it was almsot impossible to fit 4 suitcases inside and still walk around the bed but we had a wounerful view down to the cathedral abotu a block away and the jacuzzi bathtub was great. breakfast was served in the room every morning and was wonderful. very tasteful decoration, internet availabie on a hotel computer in the room (slow but fine for checking email), and the front desk staff was helpful with bookign a new years dinner last minute. only complaint is that upon departing fromt he hotel we had checked our bags in to the front desk to go walk to the cathedral and be back in an hour to pick up the car. upon return no one coudl find the fornt desk attendant for abtou 20 mins. once found he coudl not seem to find the keys to our car and ket dissapearing. it took him about 30 mins to get our car out front, we threw our bags in as we were blocking traffic and left. as soon as we drove otu of the pedestrian area onto the normal road we noticed the car had been driven aprox 60k more than we had left it and the gas was at a different level. the inside of the car was also very dirty and there was water inside as it was rained the night before (we had not driven the car in the rain). have not yet contacted the hotel about this issue so unsure what occured but thankful it was a rental car, did not find any damage to the vehicle other than additional mileage.

We have received your comments on trip advisor and we thank you for it.
First at all we want to ask you apologies for the wait in the delivery of your car from our garage.
The person in charge of the parking was serving another customer who came to the parking . On the way back to the reception he was unlucky to lose the key of the garage and took some minutes to get a duplicated key . Your departure date was on Sunday and it was the day off of the person who controls all duplicated keys and the receptionist needed to contact him in order to get a new key of the garage. This is simply what happened.
We assure you that the key of your car was not lost at any time. Therefore, there were two things at once. This is really bad luck with no ill intent.
Secondly it seems very hard the comment that we use your car for 60 kilometers without your permission and we can not believe it.
If you send us details and conclusive evidence the receptionist may be terminated immediately. This is a very serious charge against us. This person has a very good behavior for years and never has happened anything like that . He is very worried since we received your comment.
Have you quite right in your complaint by the time taken to give your car as a result of bad luck but it seems very serious the charge of taking your car for private use.
We hope that you understand all our explanations.
Thank you very much again and best regards
Rafael Carrillo / Director of the Hospederia de El Churrasco
