We had agreed in advance that our bikes could be stored at Hostal San Francisco and were disappointed by the receptionist's reluctant attitude even when showing the written confirmation. The bedroom smelt musty and its only window looked out onto a closed dark central airway. The hostal IS well located - right in the centre of old Cadiz - and might be cheaper than other hotels in the area - but it's not a great experience. There's no breakfast in the hotel but lots of nearby options. We made a detour on our cycling holiday to go to Cadiz - and to be honest I'm not sure I'd go back. Jerez had much better hotels (e.g. Itaca) for the same price - and has lovely streets, bars & Sherry Bodegas to visit.
