We were looking for some fresh fried anchovies and as we always appreciate seafood when close to the sea we "fished" this restaurant out of the sea of many restaurants in the center of Malaga.
The service is very friendly even if the English is not really serving well to get to the details of the food and preparations but with the joint efforts and a lot of good vibes everything gets cleared in the end.
We had a frugal lunch with fried seafood that was very good, the wine was good and everything at very decent prices. I would anytime go back again and if you like something unassuming, fresh and tasty delivered with a friendly smile you should try it too.

There were several choices of restaurants in this area near the Cathedral and we chose this one as they had a children's menu. It only had one item but our little guy loved the chicken and chips (fries). Cute place, good food, friendly service and nice atmosphere.

Friendly attentive staff that speak English. Lovely food. Situated in a busy street in the old town near the Cathedral. This makes it good for sitting outside on the big high stools to people watch. Also when you buy a drink in here they give you free marinated aceitunas (olives,) they have been marinated in herbs and chilli and taste fantastic. Also the wine in this place is the best I have tasted in Malaga or possibly ever. It was that good. It is a white Verdejo from the Rueda region near Madrid, and only cost 2 euro 50.
