We stayed here as part of a tour, and it seems this hotel caters to groups. We were well treated, and the location is beautiful, but it still lacked a few things.

The wifi worked very well. The lobby is large and comfortable. The pool and beach are beautiful and there's a quaint little bar out on the beach that serves fresh seafood and drinks. The rooms are spacious, although the housekeeping could be a little better. The views are spectacular, especially in the morning and evening.

On the other hand, the parking is very tight, especially for buses. There is no ATM on site and the hotel is located very far from the centre of town. There's a small grocery up the street, but the only ATM is located out in the middle of a neighborhood street. It's not what I would call safe.

Breakfast was nice, with a good variety and staff kept the food fresh, which was nice. I can see how this would be a beautiful place to spend a weekend on the beach of the Mediterranean.

Room Tip: Obviously, the best rooms face the sea, but the one we had on the side was a close second.

Good place to stay if you want a beach/pool available but also an easy trip into the city. The bus goes from outside the hotel half-hourly and takes about twenty minutes for 1.30 euros. Sponge and slippers provided. Toiletries are just shower gel on the wall. Large beds, adequate breakfast without being anything special. Perfectly reasonable modern hotel in convenient location if you do not want to be in central Malaga. Indoor and outdoor pools.

This hotel is very basic,no where near Malaga Town Centre. Very close to the airport though. The gym and spa was a hidden cost very tired looking and cramped.no receptionist on desk on arrival. Not a lot of choice on the food all inclusive menu, had to sit through workmen plastering walls, drilling holes. The bedroom air conditioning unit was sooo noisy I couldn't sleep. Breakfast hot menu was cold every morning regardless of time.

Room Tip: Don't bother

Stayed for a week in January. The hotel is very close to the airport so very handy. We picked it because of its position in a quiet area and yet very easy to get a bus or walk to either Malaga or Torremolinos. Despite some comments I read before going I can say in all honesty all the staff we met from reception to restaurant to cleaning were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and although work was going within the hotel it did not impinge. Our room was large and the beds some of the most comfortable we have had in any hotel. The view was excellent looking along the beach to Torremolinos. The hotel was fairly quiet and so the buffet restaurant was operating a Table d'Hote menu for the first four nights we were there. This in fact was excellent with a good choice and very good quality meals. Food was presented in a way that you might expect from British restaurant claiming fine dining. So although the buffet meals themselves later in our stay were very good, to be honest I enjoyed the earlier experience. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, varied and plentiful. We were able to watch the sun rise from the restaurant. Not far from the hotel is a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. This made for some really nice walks and added interest. We saw flamingos amongst a host of other birds our highlight being kingfishers. Some people reported seeing Dolphins just off the beach but sadly we missed them. We also walked down to Torremolinos along the beach and had a pleasant drink on the beach. I would most certainly use this hotel again much nicer and in a nicer place than those in Torremolinos/Benalmadena or Malaga itself

Room Tip: Buy a premium room and ask for a room looking towards Torremolinos, these get the afternoon sun and...

This is a typical 4-star hotels with all the fittings and facilities that one would expect. However, already from the check-in we knew that it was not going to be the most pleasant stay. The receptionist was the rudest we had encountered after 14-days of travel and talked to us like we were 12-year olds. The room was nice, clean and big with great views but the beds were very squeaky, which affected our sleep. We had both the dinner and breakfast buffet and these were OK at best, reasonably priced though. The hotel is very close to the Airport (5-minutes) but is still cost us 20 Euro to get there with a taxi on the Sunday morning. We wish that someone could have told us about this Sunday supplement in the hotel. Anyway... Don't expect too much from this hotel, it's pretty bland and the staff are not very friendly or helpful.

Room Tip: Get a sea view room!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights all inclusive. The day we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait on the reception for nearly 35 minutes. The staff on the reception were more interested in having a chit chat among themselves than helping us. They couldn't find our booking although we had all the booking paperwork with us. We had similar problems while checking out of the hotel as well. Very lazy staff on the reception.
The restaurant staff cancelled the buffet lunch on one the days as they didn't have enough guests. There were at least 30-40 people which they thought weren't enough. We were given an apple, banana and pear in the deserts which were not sliced or had any presentation which was quite unprofessional/not up to a 4 star hotel level.
Apart from that we didn't have any issues and the bar staff were extremely helpful.
Overall an average experience.

Stayed here for work, it's right on the beach and has amazing views especially if you are on the southern side , staff couldn't do enough for you and the room was very comfortable and quiet, it's about a 35 min walk along the beach to Torremolinos and 15 mins by taxi to the airport , taxi cost us 15 euros,.if you have a room on the south side you also have great views of landing aircraft. The beach was a bit scruffy but the hotel has a big swimming pool. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had in Spain ,, totally recommend this hotel

Room Tip: South room for views and landing aeroplanes
