Loved this hotel, all marble and beautiful sparkling clean. All the staff SMILE and are courteous and friendly. It cost us about £70 per night for half board in May. The twin room we had had a connecting door so my friends and I could go to each others room and spend time together without having to get changed. There was a little fridge, they also provide little boxes with toothbrush & toothpaste, a razor!!, even a tiny sewing kit. Nice fluffy white towels, extra blankets in the wardrobe that had plenty of hangers and big mirrors at the front. The facilities are great, 3 swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds, nice living room, entertainment area and restaurant. The food was the best I have eaten in any hotel. It was buffet style and there was a great selection to cater for all tastes. The chefs were preparing food in front of us. The waiters always nearby to offer us drinks. It was just across the road from the stunning palm ridden sandy beaches, a lovely promenade, shops, surfing school, restaurant, pubs, etc. In May its not crowded with tourists but just right.
Its a great hotel for couples or families. This is part of a resort with three other hotels, so can use their facilities too. I don't know if that is the case in the busy summer though. They also arrange organised tours to a multitude of places including White Village, Dolphin and water experience.

Room Tip: Ask for one on the 4th floor then you won't hear the people at the pool. We were on the 2nd floo...

We booked this hotel because we had to catch an early train and the nearby 4 star hotels were full. I now wish we had booked further away from the station and paid for a taxi. The room was very small and very basic and smelt musty. the only plus point was that it was clean which is to be fair the most important.

Room Tip: If you have to stay here ask for an outside facing room.

I stayed one night before flying home to England. I had travelled down by ALSA bus and this hotel is very close to both bus and train stations. For convenience, therefore, it is excellent. It's three star - and that's about right. Breakfast is included and is fine - typical continental served by pleasant staff. I would recommend it for anyone who needs overnight accommodation and doesn't want to spend too much!

Stayed for one night after a late plane into Malaga. Near station so easy to get on arrival and easy to hire car fm station.
Very friendly.
Basic no frills hotel.
Would go again for short stay. I know Malaga well, so it would be easy for me to stay longer there as I know the city - strangers might find it slightly out of the way for central touristy Malaga

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room

Was looking for an inexpensive hotel near the train station and lucked out with the Don Paco. Besides a great location ( a 2-minute walk from the rain/bus station), the rooms were clean, fine (basic but comfy with a great bathroom/shower) and the staff very helpful and friendly. My room was facing in and was very quiet.

Thought it was very good value & would stay again.

It is very near to the bus and train station. There are signs so you can find it easily. It is not very near to the city centre- about 15-20 min by walk but if you don't mind walking no need to use the public transport. Very helpful staff, clean and good value for money
