Perfect location, close to station and city centre. The room is clean and ok, however the hotel and the rooms don not have any atmoshere and the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The breakfast is included but very simple and not wothwhile.

We stayed here for our first three nights in our tour of Spain.
The hotel was excellent .The staff very friendly .The taxi from the station cost 5 euros.we would have walked apart from we had two suit cases.
The hotel was near the local fresh market an interesting place to visit and
Ten minute walk from the old town with lots of tapas bars. The Beach was 30 mins walk. From here we visited Ronda .a village we would recommend going to. The bus and train take two hours.well worth a visit. Well on to Granada now by coach.

I booked this hotel for a single night in Malaga with my partner. I would not recommend if it you want to feel secure that they won't double book you. After going through the check in process and photocopying our passports, we were told that actually - the room wasn't available and we'd have to walk to another hotel - not of our choosing, with a cheaper room rate, and we didn't have a choice in the matter. It was as if they chose not to give the room to us, yet they had already taken our money and did not offer a refund. The Spanish football team were playing in the World Cup that night so no doubt they had a better offer from someone else and decided to bump us off in the rudest way possible. So in short, it may be a nice hotel, but if you don't want to get stuck in Malaga roaming the streets for a hotel you didn't choose with a pair of suitcases - be cautious about choosing this one.

Dear Mrs Sally,
Let me write a few lines to apologize for the situation which occurred. We regret that we could not accommodate them in our hotel.
We would like in the future, give us a new opportunity.
We hope that your stay in the city was satisfactory.

I was in Malaga for 3 days. Emailed to hotel to ask for a quite room - got a swift response back. Also queried whether I could check out late - this was dependent on the bookings. As it turned out, I could not check out late but they were happy to keep my luggage whilst I explored. The hotel is conveniently located next door to a super market, which is always helpful! I did not have breakfast included but it is cheap in the hotel, you can either order from the fixed menu or choose a few things. The lady serving breakfast was lovely and cheery (although I don't speak much spanish, we got by!) The reception staff are very helpful. I got a double room for single occupancy, comfortable bed, air con and TV. This hotel fits your needs if you want to spend the day exploring and then rest when you get back. Would happily stay here again. My room was on the 4th floor facing the front.

My wife and I had a few days to spend in Malaga and chose this place based on reviews on this site.
To put it simply, it's a lovely little hotel, with helpful and friendly staff, in a terrific location and at a good price.
I can recommend it, with hand on heart.

Room Tip: All the rooms are as far I can see. The hotel is at a quiet end of town and they have double glazing...

This was my first trip to Malaga so I used tripadvisor to check out some hotels and was happy that this one sounded ideal for myself and a friend to use as a base for checking out the Costa Del Sol.
The hotel was in a great position, 5-10mins walk into the centre of Malaga, we found it to be quiet, it's not next to bars or anything, very handy that it has a small supermarket right next door, perfect for grabbing some snacks and bottled water.
The room was a good size, shower was fine, air con was lovely, everything we could need. The service staff came in every day to make the beds etc. There was a safe in the room for stashing your passport, house keys etc.
We took a hire car for the week so be warned the hotel has no parking. You will be able to use the multi story (Camas) which is very close by and the hotel has a deal for discount. Basically, 8pm is your golden time, stay out in the car all day, park it up after 8pm. The hotel gives you a deal between 8pm-9am for 5,10E and then you can pay per hour thereafter. Failing that you're looking at just over 18E for a 24hr ticket including discount from the hotel.
If you want to explore Marbella and Gibraltar etc you really need a car so just factor in the extra cost of parking.
I'd love to come back and see more of Malaga and I'd definitely stay here again. The staff were always very helpful and willing to give advice on parking, places to go and anything else we needed.
We stayed in room 405 which was up on the 4th floor, maybe this is why it was very quiet for us, the room had free wifi too which was nice as my O2 travel allowance was pathetic.
