“Well worth a visit”
Reviewed 16 August 2012

You can find virtually evey kind of shop in the Old Quarter - selling shoes, clothes, jewellery, trinkets, paintings etc. In addition there is a great variety of different types of food at the many restaurants - one of my favourites is called the Orange Tree just off the central plaza in the Old Quarter. It is lovely to walk the narrow cobbled streets and window shop. There are also some lovely churches in the area. Well worth a visit!

“Orange Square”
Reviewed 15 August 2012

What a beautiful setting to have some lunch & a bottle of rose. There are about 7 restaurants in this square & the food looked fab in all of them. My wife enjoyed some fresh pasta with a gorgeous veggie sauce & asparagus & I had fillet of sea bass with chillis & lime. Great place to eat, drink & be merry!

“Beautiful Old Town”
Reviewed 14 August 2012

It is one of the most beautiful old towns in Spain. Lovely white houses, lots of nice restaurants and wonderful little hotels, like the La Villa Marbella. Worth visiting

“Enjoyed it!”
Reviewed 14 August 2012

Enjoyed walking this part of town on an afternoon. Some quit interesting shops are there. We had lunch on one day on one of the plazas and the other day we had fresh juice. Very pleasant attraction. I enjoyed it much more than the jewish quarter in Cordoba. I would go there again.
