We had a bad experience with customer service. I was given the email address of the hotel to confirm my reservation with a credit card, but when I phoned the day before my arrival to check that everything was ok they told me that they had cancelled my reservation as they had no credit card details. When I told them that I had emailed them, I was told that they do not use email! To cut a long story short - we were eventually (after 2 or 3 hours of frantic phone calls and surfing the web) given a room, but it had no balcony and a view of a wall just a few feet away which made it quite dark and depressing room. I had originally been promised a balcony. Also, this room was exactly the same price as the large balcony rooms.
I will add though that as per other reviews I agree that rooms are spacious and very clean and hotel is very well located. If you have a balcony room I am sure they are very nice. Despite this, the customer service we received would probably put me off returning.
