Icebar has comfortable chairs outside and modern decor throughout.
The menu is always varied and good value for money.
The owners are very friendly and always make you feel welcome and the waiting staff are attentive and polite.

“What a find!”
Reviewed 14 March 2012

Great atmosphere, wonderful host and staff. Very safe enclosed play area for the kids while you relax on the terrace sofas. My Husband & I both had the homemade burgers which were the best we have tasted outside of the US.

The two kids both ate from the children's menu which was very reasonably priced at under €5 including ice cream. They both had the homemade chicken goujons, which made such a change from the usual 'chicken nuggets'. Even the chips were homermade!

The whole evening, with drinks, came to under €40 - an absolute bargain in Marbella. We have since been back for breakfast - that was great too.

Well worth a visit... and we will we most definitely be going back. :))

“Excellent food, moderate prices”
Reviewed 13 February 2012

A very pleasant bar/restaurant at a 'cambia de sentido' (turnaround point on the main road) at Rosario, about 3km east of Marbella and just past the Hospital. Brit/Irish staff and ownership. Excellent bar but best known for its morning coffees and cakes, but it is becoming increasingly popular with regular holidaymakers or folk who visit their own houses locally several times a year (as we do).
A very good breakfast menu and open too for lunch and dinner. The 'specials' are very popular....Tuesdays is baked ribs, curry on Thursday and fish and chips (highly recommended) on Friday, although they are all there on the main menu. When they are on special it is a very good deal with a glass of wine included. And Sunday lunch is excellent at €12.95 for two courses.
Friendly, free wi-fi and plenty of parking locally.

“Brilliant!”
Reviewed 30 December 2011

We stayed in a villa near the ice bar cafe and went here everday of our trip! The menu was amazing with lovely daily specials, one of the best places I have ever eaten at, we must have tried everything they offered. Really friendly staff. Free wi-fi and sports channels which was really great for us as no other local places offered this. Great dining area outside and air-con inside. We would go back to marbella just to visit the ice bar again!

“Excellent food with home made desserts to die for!”
Reviewed 18 December 2011

After several recommendations from friends we booked the special Christmas Dinner promotion here. We were made welcome from the minute we entered the restaurant. The promotion included cava and canapes which included a delicious homemade pate and local jamon - these were really tasty. We were then served a lovely, generous turkey dinner which included all the trimmings with 'pigs in blankets' and sprouts (a rare find in Spain). For me the desserts were the highlight of the meal, all home made and delicious. I opted for sticky toffee pudding which was great and I also tasted the Christmas pudding, chocolate brownie and the rhubarb and apple crumble with fresh custard! Wow, when I go back it will be hard to choose what to have! A great family run and family friendly restaurant which I would highly recommend!
