This hotel was spotless, we were very impressed with the fact we did not see the cleaners once either, they were aware of who was in and out. Ths staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel is very central and i would receommend to others staying in Marbella.

Room Tip: We were on the Fifth level room 507 and this was really good.

Apartments were large and clean with a brilliant view of the beach and sea. Situated a short walk along the sea front to restaurants and bars. Lovely harbour and a short taxi or bus ride to peurto banus which is also a beautiful place to visit with plenty of shops bars and a lovely harbour. Views of the old town and sea front are great from the top floor of the apartments where the restaurant is. Small roof top pool with sun loungers. Great long weekend away. Would return. Apartments block itself are nice and clean all throughout. Friendly reception staff too who were happy to help

We had a hard time to find this place!! Our GPSdid not bring us at the right place at all. We stayed two nights at this hotel. The small kitchen has everything you need except dish soap.... There is a grocery store around the corner, a bit expensive but very usefull. The beds are hard of course but thats what it is in Europe. The room was large and clean. We could see a little bit the ocean, this hotel is right on the ocean. Well located to visit the old city. Perfect location for the beach and city. Parking under the hotel 15€ per day.

Room Tip: We were on the 4 th floor, very quiet.

We stayed for a long weekend and I would definitely return. The price is right and location is perfect. I would recommend turning left out the hotel and walking down to veredero resturante, perfect for a couple wanting a quiet quality meal. The food and service was superb. Alternatively turn right to Marbella itself and there's plenty of bars and resturants to keep you busy. The bar resturant called Tapas had superb service and the tapas wasn't bad either.

Booked a long weekend away, couldn't fault the princesa playa... Ideal location ( beachfront) and just a short walk to the old town.
Spotlessly clean... In the foyer, room & pool area.
Helpful reception staff.
Free wifi in the reception AND our room !
Small rooftop pool... We used it at the end of the day, to catch the last rays of sun..
Didn't sample the food, as there is so much choice a short walk away...
Will definitely book the princesa playa again...

Stayed here for one week in July. Loved the place, we asked for sea view and were given room 107- first floor overlooking the beach. Location of hotel is great, there's enough bars and restaurants in the evening if you don't want to go far or take a short stroll to orange square which comes to life by 9pm. Staff were really helpful and the room service was great, anything we asked for was dealt with straight away, all in all lovely little hotel and would definately return here.

Just got back last week and found this hotel to be just ideal. A great price, the Hotel was clean had lots of great points possibly a couple of not so good but it's a Spanish Hotel what can you expect? It is not the Ritz but you get a nice room cleaned daily and if you are lucky as I was you get a fantastic view (room 606),You can ask the maid for an extra hand towel or tea towel and they are very helpful. The position of the Hotel is very good 5 minutes walk to the Orange Square. You can walk along the front to P. Banus which takes a while but your on holiday what's the rush| Around the Hotel along the promenade there are a lot of bars and places to Dine good Tapas bars hidden in side streets and lots of great ice-cream parlours.

Room Tip: A lot of rooms have a sea view, some may find the sound of the sea rolling in throughout their stay...
