Where else in the world could one see an ancient gardenia bonsai from Barcelona! We were excited to see there was a bonsai museum in Marbella and highly anticipated visiting. Although there are some inspiring specimens, we were a bit disappointed in the display. The painted cement brick makes a distracting background. Also, it might be nice to have a few benches placed for contemplation on the trees. The center pond and waterfalls were interestingly constructed.
