I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful hotel at the end of September. Marcus and Juan made myself and my family feel welcome immediately, the rooms were excellent, and the breakfast first class! The service is wonderful- nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The hotel is excellently located in the center of the old town of Marbella- wonderfully convenient for the local shops, restaurants and the beach. Cant wait to return!

We spent nine days in Marbella and from the moment we arrived at La Villa Marbella we knew that we had made an excellent choice in our accommodation! We recieved a very warm welcome and were immediatley shown to our room which was delightful; during our stay we had the opportunity to view some of the other rooms and while they all have their own individualistic style, they have a common Eastern theme and all are appointed to a very high standard with all modern conveniences, including in our case a jacuzzi.

The villa is located in the heart of the Old Town and oozes Andalusian charm. Staff are more than willing to give help about local services, advise on restaurants, directions to bus stops etc and even provide a 'rescue service' for lost guests!! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they strove to make our holiday as relaxed and stress-free as possible.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked a return trip for next year.

Full marks to Marcus Torres and his dedicated team for providing a delightful and unique hotel and a wonderful holiday experience.

Perfect hotel in the old city of Marbella. Very friendly staff and received a free upgrade. Early check-in possible and car park is close by. Lovely host during breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Marbella one night. It is located at the heart of historic district. You can walk everywhere that you need to go. Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Our room was not as spacious as we would like to have. But in the middle of the old town it is acceptable.

Beautiful villa situated right in the heart of town - close to the water and close to the old town! The staff was incredible friendly and accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the town and the surrounding area. We got great recommendations for dinner venues, and even tips for traveling along the coast of Costa del Sol. The rooms are all charming, clean and tidy and there couldn't have been a better place to stay in town. Best place ever! Thanks for all the hospitality.

My wife and I stayed two days at this wonderful Andalusian retreat. The hotel owns 7 houses in the historic part of town, each, as with Marbella itself, designed to please all the senses. We arrived late and with our son who unexpectedly joined us for a few days during our visit to Marbella. Although our reservation was for two persons, a staff person, Juan, went out of his way to find a room in a local Hostal for the first night and a room at the hotel for the second night for our son. To highlight the level of service, they also provided him with a free breakfast and then Marcos Torres, the owner charged us the same rate as the Hostal for his room, a mere 50E.
Other staff persons, whether serving us at breakfast or helping us with our bags were equally eager to please and make our stay a relaxed and comfortable one. Additionally, Juan is very knowledgeable about the local restaurants and his recommendations (Casa Tua and Il Contuccio) were superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at La Villa Marbella again and again. In fact, I look forward to doing so as soon as possible.

Room Tip: The hotel is ideally situated in the historic part of town, away from the hustle bustle of the beach...

La Villa Marbella is the perfect place to stay in Marbella. We stayed in Sarawak which is a beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a little kitchen and a gorgeous sitting room. Marcos and his staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming - couldn't have asked anything more of them. It was great to walk down the narrow old streets to The Courtyard in the morning for a lovely breakfast served by the swimming pool. Old Town Marbella is the perfect setting, beautiful buildings, an overwhelming choice of great restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Of all the places in the world, we didn't expect to LOVE Marbella, but we did.We are already checking out flights for our next visit and when we do we will definitely be staying in La Villa Marbella.
