We were already familiar with Santa Clara, having stayed in an apartment on the other side of the block. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, Eva , who escorted us to the apartment. She showed us around the facilities and then left us to our holiday. There were pastries, water and juice left for us.
The apartment itself is on the corner of the block so it benefits from a double vista, and what a vista it has. From the breakfast table with all the curtains open all you can see is sea. All you can hear is the sound of the sea because all that separates the block from the sea is a promenade 50 foot below. The apartment also benefits from having the all the facilities of the hotel built just above it.
I am already waiting for next years flight schedule to be issued so that I can hopefully book this apartment again.
I booked this apartment for my parents (70 & 75 years old) as a winter break for 1 week. I was slightly concerned as there were no 'Reviews' which is always a comfort but after contacting Eva, my mind was put to rest. They were met on arrival with the key and introduction. They really loved the apartment which is a good size for a studio and boasts amazing uninterrupted seaviews, it also over looks the promenade which kept them entertained with lots of people watching and sunsets. They would highly recommend the apartment to all ages for location, view and standard. They definitely plan to return. Their only comment was the bed was small/standard double (maybe as they have a kingsize at home)...and my Dad had a bad fall as the balcony (plastic) chair broke and he fell to the ground...not easy for an elderly gent.
In general they loved the apartment, Eva the owner, the location & view.
