We looked forward to our return to the Don Paquito and as usual were not disappointed. We received a very warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff who are consistently friendly and helpful. Bedrooms/beds comfortable & spotless, good bathroom with bath/shower & efficient air-con which was very welcome as it was much hotter than we expected for October. Dining room as pleasant as ever with plenty of choice at both breakfast & dinner. The only thing that's changed since we were last able to visit is the no-smoking policy now in force in the lounge/bar area - and what a pleasant change that is, much fresher & pleasant atmosphere to sit & relax in. If you want somewhere large with nightly 'entertainment' where you are just a number then go for one of the nearby huge hotels, but for friendly relaxation where you are treated as a real person, go to the Don Paquito.

Room Tip: Poolside rooms get the sun in the afternoon.

What can I say about this hotel, we have been going here since 1999 sometimes twice a year and will continue to do so for as long as we can. It is an easy holiday with a short flight from the UK and with the resort a mere 10 min taxi drive. People often ask us why we insist on using the same hotel - well once you have been you will find out. All the staff are so friendly & helpful with nothing too much trouble. The hotel is so clean with the maids working tirelessly to keep it that way. The food is both varied and plentiful, and caters for even the most fussy eater, there literally is something for everyone.

Just wanted to add further praise to the Don Paquito. Staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, rooms were clean, food was great with plenty variety, the pool area lovely and relaxing and of course happy hour was an added bonus! Great hotel, would thoroughly recommend it.

Having been to Torremolinos for the last 27 years I thought I had viewed most of the hotels and apartments. How did I miss this one?

The title sums it up, faultless. The food, the accomodation, the staff, the location, everything.

Superb. We will return!!!

After many visits to Torremolinos and staying in large hotels the Don Paquito made a refreshing change. Booking in was so easy as there were no queues to contend with and all of the staff without exception were helpful and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I stayed bed and breakfast so I can only comment on breakfast which was superb so much to chose from and very well presented. The rooms were absolutely spotless, cleaned everyday as well as clean towels daily. The hotel is well situated close to all amenities, shops, cafe's and sea all within close range. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper I would recommend you ask for a room pool side as the street can be noisey especially on a Sunday.
