“My Family Holiday”

This hotel is quite family friendly but you will find all ages, young and old coupls etc . Rooms are cleaned everday with fresh towles. Good sized swimming pool sourounded by a well maintained garden. 5 minutes walk down the hill to get to the beach which is fabulous. On balance the bulk of the residents are Spanish - an opprtunity may be to learn Spanish. Food is quite predicatble after the second or third day but quite healthy and good. The strength of the WIFI is not good. You have to be near the reception to get signal.

We booked in here after a flight was cancelled
We were greeted warmly and shown to the bar
The hotel is reasonably priced modern clean with a lovely downstairs
Food was poor quality at the bar however
Room was great cool clean and we were happy for the respite!
Pool area looked large and clean eith lots of lounges
Can't comment on breakfast or main restaurant as headed off the next am
Special thanks to the reception guy for sorting us out

Good rooms. Impressive inside hotel, and a good pool/garden area. Housekeeping quality very sketchy. Buffet type restaurant , but hot food could be better. Ridiculously high prices for drinks .

Room Tip: Junior suites great value for money.

We have just spent six nights at this hotel in June 2012. The room was spacious and kept very clean. The gardens and pool area were well kept. However, the food did not match these standards. The choice was limited but more importantly in my view, not kept at the correct temperature. The 'hot' food was barely warm. I pointed this out to the staff who told me the equipment would be checked. It proved not to be faulty but I could use the microwave which was in the dining room to heat the food.
Had I wanted to cook for myself I would have rented an apartment.
We won't be back or recommending the hotel to anyone.

We stayed here in Feb last year. We booked again for april of this year because it was so good last year- but unfortunately it just was not the same. The food which was supposed to be hot- was cold . We complained the first night but the food did not get any hotter. We will never be there again. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and thought we would give it another try especially at the amazingly low prices that were being offered. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, loads of sunbeds, the rooms were a good size and the staff were helpful and friendly. Its in a good location about five minutes walk from the promenade and a couple of minutes to the nearest bars and restaurants......oh and a brothel at the end of the road.......everything perfect then?
Unfortunately the breakfast was very poor, one of the worst we have had in a four star, probably the worst and it was the same every day. Apparently they have responded to the downturn by offering very low rates to attract coach parties and in turn reduced the breakfast budget to offset the reduction in hotel rates.
Its a shame because everything else is excellent but when you get up for breakfast you hope for a little more tan a fried egg, beans, bread, a bit of cheese and some tinned fruit, honestly it was real poor. probably wouldn't stay here again until this problem is sorted.

What a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Cannot fault the room which was cleaned everyday. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The food was dreadful and we ended up eating out most nights. As a family we felt that the hotel was missing a great opportunity with their lack of entertainment and the awful food they served to their guests. Restaurant always stopped serving much earlier than the times advertised.

Not a great resort for teenagers (we have two) at this time of year - perhaps it is better peak season!

Would stay at the hotel on a room only basis but to be honest wouldn't rush back to the resort.

Room Tip: Great room with lovely pool view.
