We booked this hotel through jet2.com only a week before we traveled and it was fab.
A party of 2 adults and a 14 year old son, arroved at about 12 pm and check in was very quick and the room was ready.
Great location only 10 minutes from airport and the beach just over the road with lovely beach front.
The Restuarant was just average and the usual antics in an all inc hotel! Good choice of food and the staff were ok, they all looked a little stressed but quite friendly.
The pool bar and bar b q was great for snacks and drinks, the guy doing the bar b q was great and worked so hard (bless him).
The pool was nice and clean and the little pool round the corner is ideal for little ones.
The day time entertainment was ok but could be better, we liked the music round the pool area as it felt like there was an atmosphere.
The only thing we did not like was the pool antics in the morning for sun beds!! People started to que just before 8am to get prime spots!! This really needs sorting out. The other negative is the all inc bar closing at 11pm so there was a little rush before it last orders for free, it is open till 1am but you have to pay!
The evening entertainment was quite poor but the kids enjoyed it, again it could be improved.
The hotel is kept clean and rooms cleaned daily and it does well for a 3 star.
We are looking at going back next year. There are bars and Restuarants if you turn right on the front and you wanted you can walk to main center and it would take about 35 minutes from the hotel. Taxi was only 7euro's, the beach front has lots of lovely restaurants. There is nothing if you turn left.

We recently stayed here for a week and had an extremely enjoyable time. Very close to the airport but you don't hear the planes going over. The beach is across the road and you can leisurely walk into town within half an hour.
The reception staff on arrival were friendly. Our room wasn't ready so we had a drink in the bar while we were waiting which was not a problem.
We had a ground floor apartment which was basic but spotlessly cleaned and had towels changed every day.
We were all inclusive and found the huge choice of food very good. The restaurant was busy at times but it's to be expected and we always got a table without queuing.
The BBQ snacks were fantastic and the staff who work in the hut need a medal! Always working so hard and always so friendly. The bar staff were also great and being AI, you could always help yourself if the bar was busy.
The sun beds at the main pool get snapped up early (you need to be in the queue from about 8.30) but there was always plenty of room by the other pool. It was lively around the main pool with music and activities but that suited us. If you want peace and quiet, go to the other pool!
The children's entertainment was good for young children. Look at the timetable near the bar so you don't miss anything. The evening entertainment could've been better but it was ok.
The whole site was spotlessly clean, all staff were always seen to be working hard and if we wanted to stay in the same resort again, we would definitely chose here.

We are a family of four and stayed from the 11th - 18th of August. ( We booked this through on the Beach, (very pleased)Never been to main land Spain before we will defiantly be going back! POSITIVES - The hotel is close to the airport and only 25 euros in a taxi.Great setting right infront of the beach a 2 minuet walk and you will be there! ( good beach ). As soon as we arrived reception staff were very polite, bar staff polite too, cleaners and entertainment staff were polite as well and did a good job on entertaining the children on day time. Also the restaurant staff were too greeted you and cleared your food away swiftly. BBQ staff very polite asked for what you wanted and you got it quickly. Food in the restaurant was delicious, a wide variety to chose from the same with drinks we always got seated and was never queuing to get in, however they were queuing later on when we came out.Ice creams and lollys are available when the bar is open you can help yourself to the local larger and branded soft drinks, water and hot drinks were available too plus spirits, wine and cocktails. Our room (we was in the apartments, ground floor)were very clean but not that spacious and basic. We had two rooms the front room had two single sofa beds and the bed room had two single beds and both rooms had air-conditioning.Bathroom very modern and clean, kitchen had cooking facilities and a fridge ( but we was all inclusive ).Our room was cleaned every day and brought fresh towels,There were three pools that were very clean with showers around and plenty shaded areas.
NEGATIVES- Sun loungers are hard to get and the best ones get taken therefore you have to get up early to get the best spots.Entertainment was very poor and sometimes didn't make sense and went of task on what the entertainment on that night was suppose to be. Also they could do with some more speakers since it was very hard to understand them at times.Would
come back again.

Great Hotel, drinks are self serve, food was good especially the BBQ snack bar where they work very hard, rooms clean. Restaurant is busy but it is a big complex, couldn't fault the staff always willing to help. Entertainment werent the best but not really bothered about that. Me, my husband, 19 year old son and 8 year old daughter have recently returned from a 7 night stay. Positives - Close to airport, fab setting by beach, booked superior rooms which were spacious, absolutely spotless and had great views. We stayed all inclusive and food and drinks were good, although you pretty much had to que for everything but I suppose that's to be expected going in August. Restaurant manager Zeus was lovely as were the bar staff and the snack bar staff. Pool is very clean. Sunbeds are very tricky to get unless you get up at 8.30 in the morning to save one and they are rather packed in, again, this could be down to the time of year. We did eat out one night at a tapas bar, Shamba, about 5 minutes up the beach from hotel, this was fantastic. Negatives - Daytime and evening entertainment was terrible. Now this might not be important to some people but we had booked hotel based on reviews that said it was good. My husband and son are very sporty and were looking forward to the daytime activities, which were poorly organised and not very frequent. The animation team were either very inexperienced or had become very complacent. There was no real personal touch at all. The evening entertainment was some of the poorest weve ever experienced. Also, the daytime choice of music by the pool was awful and sooooo loud! The kiddies disco was good for our daughter but again, music was way too loud. This was all very disappointing. On the whole we had a nice week in the sun but unfortunately we wouldn't consider revisiting this hotel.

Room Tip: Superior rooms are definitely worth paying the extra for.

Dear customer,

We regret that you did not enjoy with our animation team and our activities, even though many guests return for them. We note your comment about the volume of music. Hope you to think again and come back to visit us.

We are a family of three and we stayed from the 9th-16th of August. We arrived just before 1 but thought we would have to wait until two for a room but we were told that it was ready now, we were in room 2726 and the view from the balcony was amazing we had a sea, pool, city and mountain view, the rooms and the hotel itself was very clean. The pool BBQ was absaloutly brilliant they worked so hard and the food was nice, the entertainment during the day was good but in the evening wasn't amazing. Mark was especially funny, for people that say the Restuarant was chaotic are lying it was no trouble but there wasn't a lot of variation. The location is perfect it is a minute to walk to the beach and about ten minutes in a taxi to torremolinos which costs about €8. The all inclusive is great and there is a freezer full of ice cream and ice lollies and lots of drinks but it does end at 11pm so a lot of people where going up to get two or three drinks before it ended. They say the pool opens at 10:00 but it opens at about 8:30 there were people on balconys overlooking the pool watching everybody running in wich I have to admit is very funny. This hotel is brilliant for family's and we shall be returning!

Room Tip: If you have young children don't get a room near the stage you will be kept awake.
