We arrived at 1in the morning to be greeted by pleasant English speaking staff and were offered a buffet meal and drinks in the dining room
Our room on the 9th floor was clean and had the basic necessities and a lovely view. The linen was impeccable as were the towels
Now the negative
Nowhere enough lifts for the size of the hotel
The food was very basic and cheap, though the salads were fresh. Fried eggs with bacon? On the Saturday but hard boiled the rest of the time
The dining room was crowded and the tables very close together. The waiting staff were very quick to clear away, if you went to get a drink usually your plate etc had been cleared before you returned.
Many of the guests were elderly Spanish couples with very little idea of common courtesy though most of the other guests did make and effort to be friendly and welcoming
The hotel is a long way up hill from the beach but this is in common with most of the hotels in Torromelinos
We were lucky and able to park our car right outside the front entrance and the hotel is very conveniently close to the main roads out of town

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view on one of the higher levels

I went to Natali by choosing it from Lugar ao Sol hotels and so by using vouchers. Therefore it was a cheap alternative.
The Hotel is not very well located and walking down to the beach takes around 20 min, with a lot of stairs to climb up once coming back after sun...
Rooms are clean and very simple, unfortunately they smell of tobacco as every hotel in Spain (as to my experience at least).
The pool is small and full of children all the time. We noticed that the guests were mainly Spanish families and old people.
The food was average to poor quality, but there was always something that I managed to eat, especially fresh salads, fruits and desserts.
Breakfast was the most crowded time and it looked like people were almost stepping on each others to get food and get a table.
Two very annoying things: water or any other beverage for each meal must be purchased, unless you are paying for full board; remote control for tv must be rented daily at a very high cost (5€ per day if I am not mistaken).
Even if it was not tragic, I will not go back there for sure. Too noisy, too crowded, and all in all not so great facilities.

Room Tip: Select a room in the highest floors to have the least possible noise. Counter-effect: be prepared t...

Just returned from our second winter break at the Hotel Natali in Torremolinos, weather was lovely for mid january, about 18c, and again being in the Natali with mostly Spanish holidaymakers makes for a wonderful experince of the real Spain, all are so friendly, and with a little effort even the most basic Spanish will be welcomed and returned with warmth and friendliness. The hotel caters for mosly spanish guests, so meal times are another experience of taste and wonder. But generally food is good and plentiful. And every evening the entertainment is mostly about watching the Spanish dancing and enjoying themselves, all led by the entertertainment rep " DUMI" his infectious smile and energy makes for a wonderful evening of song and dance. Far better than the 3rd rate entertainers employed by other hotels. If you want a Spanish holiday, go try the Natali for yourself as a short winter break. Also very reasonable bar prices, and decent beer, an example - Large beer and large glass of wine 3.6 euros.

Room Tip: ask for a sea view, no extra charge

Well hotel very spainish not very kid friendly (young) view was vile i payed extra for more spaceish room and recived an extra bed.Beds were very hard pillows very flat took nearly three days to get a bin in my room no fridge in room. The lifts arelong long waits for them. Food was not too bad nearly everyday there was something i could eat but quiet alot of the time there was nothing there my 4 year old and 7 year old could eat. There was nothing in the way of entertainment to be honest. Pool was tiny. There is a bus stop near the hotel about the best thing i can say about all in all really glad to get home to be honest.
