This was our second time at the Leo hotel, and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city within easy access to all the shops and restaurants.
The hotel is very modern and spacious. The rooms are extremely comfortable with air con and heating if needed. Breakfast is served until 1200 and has a reasonable selection.
This hotel has everything you would want from a city hotel. location, friendly staff and an extremely comfortable hotel. We love Granada!!

Room Mate Leo Hotel is ideally located for exploring Granada. The staff were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and offering their suggestions of places to visit. The front desk staff spoke very good English (much better than my Spanish!).

The rooms are basic but very modern and clean. The lighting isn't that great though, and the way the hotel is built (with a court-yard type area for breakfast), the rooms can be very loud when other guests are speaking in the corridors. The TV channels are all Spanish.

The breakfast is simple but sufficient - bread, fruit, cereal, cheese and sliced meats.

Loved Granada, my favorite city between there, Barcelona and Sevilla, all visited on this trip. The hotel was decent with good sized rooms and nice bathroom and balcony. Location was great as well, Staff wasn't horrible, just not exceptionally helpful. No toilet paper in the room after the maid visit, asked at front desk and was told I would be called when it was available, I called myself an hour later and told they were holding it for me. Asked where we could buy a cork screw, and they didn't know (later discovered there was a kitchen store around the corner) but offered to send one up to us on the terrace, which they did a half hour later after we asked for it again. Minor inconveniences but such that I wouldn't necessarily stay here again in favor of trying somewhere else. Also you could hear just about any sound from the hallways very loudly in the room.

Breakfast was decent and included, which was nice. And the terrace was a very nice spot to relax with a great view of the Alhambra. Balcony on the room was ok, not much of a view and furniture was falling apart and not clean.

Also, advertised internet didn't work. They provided the security key to use for setting up the wireless connection, but it didn't work for either of the two devices I tried with.. Was able to get a signal but the connection was refused.

Oh, and also we originally booked the Roommate Migueletes months in advance and a week before the trip received an email that they would be doing renovations there and moved us to this hotel. We originally booked a suite at the Migueletes as this was our honeymoon, but they don't have any suites here so it was a lesser room (albeit for a lesser price) than what we originally booked.

This is a boutique hotel in the stylish Room Mate chain, typical of this kind of small hotel; trying very hard to be unstuffy. The location is excellent, in a quiet pedestrian street near the Cathedral and principal shops (El Corte Ingles etc.). There’s no parking, so you get 10% off the EUR18 underground shoppers’ car park in the nearby square, and walk the last 300 metres to the hotel. Again typical of this sort of place, there are no services except a small breakfast room on the second floor. The staff were young and helpful, a nice change from the usually stony-faced Spanish reception staff elsewhere. The room was fine, if a bit small, and the bathroom (with small bath) was definitely one person at a time. An apple by the bed daily was a nice touch. Our stay was maybe marred by some trivial niggles which maybe betrayed a lack of attention to detail: the TV, with just the standard Spanish terrestrial channels, was badly tuned; our bath drained very slowly indeed, producing a drainy smell; our card key failed twice and had to be re-programmed; and the promised free wi-fi didn’t really have sufficient strength in the room and kept dropping – it just managed three bars in the breakfast room, and was still glacially slow.

Room Mate Leo is a great, clean, modern-looking hotel in a nice central location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a very large closet to stash all of our luggage. Breakfast was included with our stay and included a large variety of pastries, fruit, bread, meats, cheeses, yogurts, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but would be sure to tell them one thing: do not expect old Spanish charm. Nothing beyond the front door makes you think you're staying anywhere but a new modern building, but this worked alright for us since we wanted to feel a bit spoiled on this vacation.

located in a busy pedestrian only street. walking distance to Alhambra shuttle. only 5 euro+ for taxi ride from train station to the hotel. nice breakfast and chic decor in the room. the staffs are nice and friendly--though not as informative and professional as their sister chain---roommate Emma in Barcelona where I would totally recommend as well.

We stayed in the Leo for one night - booking it through a brilliant website called anamazinghotel.com - they recommended it and gave great advice on getting to Granada, Alhambra tickets etc. The staff at the hotel were immediately friendly, room lovely and clean, well decorated, nice toiletries - I was addicted to the lovely orange scented soap! Breakfast excellent. Nice roof terrace to relax on too. The receptionist gave us some brilliant advice - don't pay for tapas. In Granada, most restaurants include tapas with every drink. The shops around the hotel were really nice, restaurants good, and the Alhambra is just amazing (book tickets before you go). We actually travelled by bus from Malaga which was an easy way to travel - and no hassle finding parking places.
