“If you love tapas then you have to visit here”

This whole street is one long tapas bar and lots of atmosphere. Last night was filled with 'Tuna' musicians from the Medical faculty of the University who kept us entertained. Lively, fun and lots of good free tapas when you order your drink. If you stay in one of the hotels on the street you can sleep so long as you don't wish to go to bed before 0200 at which time bars must close. It gets noisy in the morning as the clean up begins. Great to visit.

Spoilt for choice here, lots of great tapas bars, we tried several (worked our way down the street) and it was a lovely way to spend an evening

“Tapas central!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 February 2013

This is another "authentic" neighborhood street, you can easily tell if you make the turn on a Friday or Saturday night for sure. But any night will do!
(except Sunday of course!)
The party is on here, it's where you go with your friends to have some Spanish wine or beer some delicious mariscos, bacalao, toasted little bits of deliciousness you can't even pronounce : ), Olives, Jamon!! Try something new, you will probably love it !
Most of all you can feel the genuine warmth and happiness that is shared in these times, at these places.
It's all about good friends, good food and good conversation. Enjoy!

“Free Tapas?”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2013

Traditional tapas served with your drink. So be careful if you go for a fews drinks before lunch or dinner. Each bar have their own different tapas so you can do a tapas pub crawl.

“"TAPA" ALLEYWAY”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 February 2013

This is a narrow street full of bar/ restaurants on both sides. They all serve tapas with your drinks. There are interesting heaters outside most establishments and on a cold evening you can feel the heat from them, which is generated by a long flame travelling up a transparent, pyrex-like tube. For ten euros you can visit 4 places to your liking, sampling a tapa and a drink in each bar.
