Very nice, modern rooms. Good size. Very clean. Friendly staff. FREE Wi-fi, even in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

BTW, there is a good Chinese restaurant right across the street at Gran Via 45 called Mare Nostrum. Decent Chinese food for very good price.

These aparments are ideally located being just a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and just across the road from the bus stop. The staff on reception were also very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed with our room. We were given a room on the ground floor which had no windows to the outside. One window looked out into the common internal courtyard and the other into the garage. There was also little equipment in the kitchenette. We had to ask reception for a toaster. Cooking meals was very difficult due to the lack of equipment. We asked for an iron and ironing board and although this was brought to the room, the cleaning staff removed it the next day.

Overall, whilst this is a perfectly adequate apartment it was certainly not a luxury apartment (the description given on their website).

Dear Customer
I am sorry that your experience at the hotel has not lived up to your expectations. The hotel building belongs to the nineteenth century, and not all rooms are the same to each other. I guess that the hotel would be full and would not be possible to change to a suite more to your liking.
Regards.
Ignacio

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Spain. The suites are fitted out with new, high quality furnishings, windows that seal properly and block out most sounds. The little kitchens have everything you need and the bathrooms are lovely (a note on the shower informs guests that each suite has its own hot water boiler, which I think is a great idea as I've been a number of hotels which run out of hot water by mid-morning and leave you showering in tepid temperatures). The front desk person was really friendly and helpful, although the hotel's own parking garage (16 euros per night) was full so we had to park at the nearest public parking, 10 minutes walk away. Overall a fantastic hotel.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, with a great location. Staff are very helpful and they have car parking at the Hotel, which was a real bonus.

We stayed here for 2 nights in October - oh it was wonderful! We stayed in some great places in Spain and this hotel was the best. What great value. Decent sized double bedroom with TV (and English TV news stations - bonus). Spacious lounge room with sofa bed, dining table, another TV and kitchenette (but what... no corkscrew when you need one). Free wifi. Lovely, helpful staff who speak great English and a lot of thought has been put into making the suites attractive and personal. They are very roomy and comfortable and the building, which is quite old I believe, has been beautifully renovated. 10 minutes comfortable walk to the train station. Nice easy walk the other way to the centre of town. The bus to the Alhambra is just down the road if you don't feel like walking. Granada is beautiful. I can only rave about this place and wish I could go back.
