This hotel offered large and very comfortable rooms with excellent showers and great beds. Ask for a room above floor four as there are only a few rooms on each of the higher floors and you will avoid traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was large and varied. The pool is tiny but l guess on a hot day it would be better than nothing. We found the location ideal and enjoyed our stay. The hotel car park was full but another underground one was very close by..though quite dear. Recommend the taverna Espadafor on Gran via at the end near Constitucion.

Room Tip: Ask to be on as high a floor as possible..min floor 4

Nice hotel that has a good location. The staff was helpful and the rooms clean and the hotel well maintained. This was a great value stay in a beautiful city. I will consider this hotel again when visiting Granada in the future.

Room Tip: The morning buffett was great and much needed for a long day of sightseeing.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and has very spacious rooms. The suite suitable for 4 compromises of a massive king sized bed with flat screen TV satelite channels. The living room which adjoins it has a large double bed sofa and plenty of space again there is a TV with Sat channels. There is a trouser press in the suite but no iron and they are unable to accomodate this request. Unfortunately the staff will not say no but will look confused if you do ask for an iron. Just be prepared for this. As we were travelling with our two small kids we needed boiling water frequently for milk bottles (heating up and cleaning) and we simply requested this from the bar which they were very happy to provide us with. Most european hotels dont have a kettle in the hotel rooms so we were not surprised by this fact. As a family we could have chosen an aparthotel but we wanted something that would give us a good nights sleep and to be honest this hotel is fantastic for a good nights sleep. No disturbances, no loud noises, very quiet and very good beds! Slept better here then in my own bed at home. We stayed at a corner suite on the 2 nd floor. Very well designed, modern spacious suite.Bathroom could have been bigger but still very nice and modern.

It is a bit like a plain wine. No big defects but nothing particularly exciting either...
Rooms are clean and modern and service is good. Breakfast is average for a 4 stars. It is ok for business but I would not go with family or friends. No atmosphere...

This feels like a smart place to stay (as in cool rather than formal) with a high standard of design, furnishings and service throughout. Extra large, extra comfy twin beds in a spacious room, with well fitted bathroom, made this a good choice for a brief stay in Granada. Good breakfast and convenient location (only a short stroll to the Cathedral; a bit further to the Alhambra). Under no circumstances miss Alexander's Bar around the corner. Extraordinary place to have a late night drink.
