“Awful - avoid”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2014 via mobile

Decided to have a nice farewell breakfast for our last day in Granada. We did not mind paying a premium for the nice atmosphere and history. We were extremely disappointed. The portions were tiny and my Spanish omelette was dry and burnt! Service was slow. You must be able to do better in plaza bib ramblas

“Reasonably priced cafe/restaurant”

We had an evening meal here. There was an extensive menu and we had a selection of tapas The staff were very efficient and prices were reasonable. Food was good.

“Fabulous cafe for typical Spanish breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 May 2014 via mobile

We loved this place and came here twice for breakfast during our two night stay in Granada. There is a wide selection of breakfast choice including the freshest churros. We enjoyed tostadas ( toast) with peach jam. Hope you like peaches as this is avery common jam type in Southern Spain! One of Granada's oldest cafés, dates from 1902. Lovely location on the plaza, and walking distance to the cathedral and downtown shopping district. There is also a great selection of ice creams, another popular item we noticed while in Granada!

“Service with a smile”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 May 2014

We enjoyed this restaurant more for the service than for the food. Breakfast was good and offered lots of standard options like eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt etc. Unlike other reviews, our churros y chocolate was good although I can't fathom how people drink the whole cup!? Lunch/dinner was just OK. Our server was excellent and easy to talk to. Good for people watching.

“Great location and top churros!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 May 2014 via mobile

My partner and I recently ate at this cafe whilst in Granada! The place is very nice and in a very good location, because of this it's expected that you will pay a bit more. The staff were friendly and all the food we had was good...the churros were among the best we had in spain.

I would go back if your looking to eat right on the main square.
